"The passion for sculpture is manifested in the way of expressing, through design, the work of art. The pieces that I represent are unique and totally handcrafted. I incorporate iron as a connecting element and sometimes other materials that are integrated with the figure itself. The aged and waxed finishes demonstrate its nature. When carving the wood I let the imperfection of the trunk emerge and this helps me to enhance the work and give character to the sculpture. The sobriety of the work, the color red, numbers and letters are endemic elements that are part of my form of expression. Through sculpture I try to surprise with the idea, transforming reality and creating as a result figures that motivate thought."

Josep Tomàs
Designer, window dresser, sculptor. His designs are a projection of himself, a form of expression through fabrics, always faithful to a minimalist philosophy. Creator of the brands Haig Difusión and Passaport. From 1984 to 1992 he presented his collections on the Gaudí catwalks in Barcelona. From 2009 he began a very personal way of communicating through window displays, introducing the artistic work from design. He has participated in several competitions and has exhibited his works in different exhibitions.
